Affiliate Program Terms
Effective October 16, 2026.
Qualifying referrals
A qualifying referral begins when a prospective MarginPact customer uses your unique affiliate link and creates a qualifying MarginPact business within the applicable attribution window. The launch attribution window is 30 days. MarginPact records one affiliate attribution per referred business. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fabricated businesses, or referrals created primarily to obtain a commission are not eligible.
Commission
The launch commission is 20% of qualifying net MarginPact SaaS subscription revenue for up to the first 12 paid months of the referred business's subscription. Taxes, credits, refunds, chargebacks, disputed payments, contractor-to-customer deposits, Stripe processing activity unrelated to the MarginPact SaaS subscription, and other non-qualifying amounts are excluded. The commission terms attached to an eligible referral are recorded when that referral converts.
Hold and reversals
Commissions are held for 30 days after the qualifying subscription invoice is paid. MarginPact may reverse or withhold commissions connected to refunds, disputes, chargebacks, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, self-referrals, policy violations, or payments that are later reversed.
Affiliate attribution and privacy
When an affiliate link is used, MarginPact may process the referral code, acquisition-session metadata, account conversion status, and qualifying MarginPact SaaS subscription billing events to attribute the referral and calculate commissions. Raw job text is not stored in affiliate commission records, and contractor customer deposits do not generate affiliate commissions. See the MarginPact Privacy Policy for the service-wide privacy terms.
Promotion rules
Affiliates must describe MarginPact accurately and clearly disclose the affiliate relationship where required. Do not impersonate MarginPact, send unlawful or abusive spam, make guaranteed-income claims, misrepresent pricing or product capabilities, or use deceptive traffic. Paid advertising that creates brand confusion or pretends to be MarginPact may be disallowed.
Payouts and compliance
Eligible commissions are paid periodically using a payout method MarginPact makes available. MarginPact may require identity, tax, or payout information before releasing funds and may delay a payout while reviewing suspected fraud, refund risk, or compliance issues.
Program changes
MarginPact may suspend an affiliate for abuse or end the program. Material changes to future referral terms can be made prospectively. Existing qualifying referrals remain subject to the commission settings recorded for them unless fraud, abuse, refunds, disputes, or legal requirements require otherwise.
Questions
Affiliate and payout questions can be submitted through MarginPact Support. Participation in the program also remains subject to the general MarginPact Terms of Service.
