Information we process
MarginPact processes information needed to provide business pricing memory, customer and quote workflows, follow-up, recurring-service opportunities, subscription billing, support, and account functionality. This can include business contact information, customer information you provide, pricing rules, quote details, and account metadata.
Billing and the current ChatGPT launch
MarginPact Core and Pro are SaaS subscriptions purchased on the MarginPact website and billed through Stripe. The public ChatGPT plugin recognizes existing account entitlements but does not initiate or process contractor-to-customer service payments.
How we use data
We use data to operate MarginPact, preserve business and quote memory, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability. Saved pricing, customers, and quote history are scoped to the authenticated MarginPact business and are not used as another business’s saved pricing or customer history.
Service providers
MarginPact uses providers including OpenAI/ChatGPT for the conversational product surface, Supabase for authentication/database/functions, Stripe for MarginPact subscription billing, and infrastructure providers used to host MarginPact.
Data practices
MarginPact does not sell personal information. Data is retained as needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, legal, accounting, and operational obligations.
Your choices
You can contact us through Support for account or privacy requests, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Children and security
MarginPact is for business users and is not directed to children under 13. No internet system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. The current launch is U.S.-focused.
